Quattro Goomba’s Brewery offers an ever-changing line-up of custom craft beers. Beers are available in flights of four 6 oz pours, or you can enjoy short 10 oz pours, and 16 oz pints pours on premise.
Crowlers (32oz can) and 64oz growlers available for off-premise consumption only. At the moment, we are only filling Goomba growlers. Crowlers can be canned while you wait, and are the best way to get your beer home!
WHAT'S ON TAP?
GOOMBA LIGHT Golden Ale, ABV: 5.5%
This golden colored ale is a Goomba favorite! Brewed with German Pilsner and Munich malts for color and flavor and Sterling Hops for a touch of spiciness. Cheers!
FOREVER SINGLE Belgian Blonde Ale, ABV: 6.3%
The first of our Belgian series of beers for the summer. This is also the first beer we brewed where we put our brand new water system to the test. We actually “built” the water to match the Chimay brewery’s water and fermented this beer with Chimay yeast from our friends at Jasper Yeast Labs down the street. A fruity aroma and flavor, with a touch of malt sweetness to balance out this easy drinking, refreshing Belgian ale.
RESISTANCE Mango Passionfruit Wheat Ale, ABV: 6.6%
Brewed with 210 pounds of mango and passionfruit puree, which yields a balanced tart and sweet beer that is extremely refreshing on a perfect summer day or year round.
SUNDAYS WIT PEARL Belgian Wit, ABV: 6.0%
A traditional Belgian Wit with aromas and flavors of coriander, orange, and a “secret” ingredient, plus added “spice” from the yeast and wheat to deliver a truly refreshing libation of love.
FRIAR NUTS Belgian Dubbel, ABV: 7.2%
Belgian dubbels are strong brown ales with aromas and flavors of dark stone fruit, plum, and raisin with hints of chocolate. A treat in a glass developed by the Westmalle Abbey in 1856.
NAUGHTY PEACH Belgian Tripel, ABV: 9.1%
A traditional Belgian tripel with peaches. Tripels are strong golden Belgian beers with mild, complex, spicy aromas and fruit flavors from the yeast fermentation coupled with a light sweetness from the malt. This brew shares a lot in common with white wine flavors and aromas if you are not typically a beer drinker.
WINTER Belgian Quad, ABV: 11%
Winter has come. Belgian Quads, sometimes referred to as a Belgian strong dark ale, are very complex and flavorful. Caramel, dark sugar, malty sweet, fruity, raisin, fig, plum, clove, and wine like all describe WINTER. Forget summer and have a taste of WINTER.
POST LIMONE Lemon Sage Saison, ABV: 6.5%
Brewed with our friends at House 6 Brewing in Ashburn, VA for Loudoun County Beer Week. The original brew crew of Brandon, Elliot, and Lashelle (who is at House 6 now) came and brewed with us. Originally brewed as one of their final recipes, Adam and I adjusted it to fit the new system and together the 5 of us created this delicious summer treat. Aromas and flavors of sage and lemon dominate this delightfully refreshing and easy drinking saison.
APRODESCIAC Apricot Gose, ABV: 4.3%
Gose (Gō-za) is an ale brewed with 50% wheat, sea salt and coriander. It has a light “sourness” due to the production of lactic acid by lactobacillus bacteria. Originating from Goslar, Germany. Although we added apricot, it is very light in flavor.
CA DREAMIN’ India Pale Ale, ABV: 6.8%
Have some sunshine in your glass! Brewed with Pilsner and a touch of Crystal malt and hopped with Citra and Amarillo hops. This brew exhibits big dank, resinous, floral, citrus hop flavor and aroma. A Goomba favorite...
ALBERT 11 Hazy India Pale Ale, ABV: 7.2%
Brewed in honor of the 70th anniversary of Albert II historic flight into space and Apollo II’s 50th anniversary to the moon.Aromas and flavors of citrus and tropical fruits and light spice from the galaxy, simcoe and centennial hops will lift your tastebuds out of this world.
RYE HONEY RYE Brown Honey Rye Ale, ABV: 7.7%
Honey Brown Ale brewed with 35% rye to add body and a touch of “rye spiciness”, local clover honey to add sweetness, and chocolate malts for hints of chocolate. It’s like Bit O Honey candies but better.
FRUITY WIZARD Chocolate Raspberry Milk Stout, ABV: 5.0% WARNING: Contains Lactose
A magical concoction brewed in honor of everyone’s favorite headmaster at Hogwart’s school of witches and wizardry. We used 126 pounds of red raspberry, 100 pounds of unsweetened chocolate and 100 pounds of lactose milk sugar to create “liquid candy” in a glass for your pleasure. The ultimate dessert beer, but it’s not just for dessert-that’s why it’s magical.
